In 2023, MAF Engineering Construction started working on one of the biggest residential project in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. Marina City is Located in Kalar on the Sirwan river. MAF Engineering Construction did the feasibility study, survey and structural design for the project. The project is currently under construction.
